We are looking to recruit a Property Assistant to represent our residential sales and leasing booth based at the Festival Center. As a Property Assistant , you will be required to provide support to both the residential leasing and sales teams by:
• Attending to all residential sales and leasing inquiries from prospective clients relating to information about the properties, availability status, and future projects
• Providing accurate and relevant information on the above to build customer interests and be able to convert a general inquiry into a revenue opportunity
• Gathering feedback obtained by customers and forwarding it to the relevant teams
• Entering data onto the Customer Relations database system
• Maintaining high levels of professionalism at all timesTo be considered for the position, previous experience in a similar customer/relationship management role is advantageous. Candidates who have knowledge of the real estate market would be preferred. This is a pro active customer driven role, therefore excellent communication skills and first class spoken English would be required. Due to the nature of these positions, flexibility with working during weekends is required. Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be declined this opportunity.
