Training Specialist - Abu Dhabi
Description
One of the worlds largest multi-disciplined contractors has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Specialist to join them on a prestigious £multi-billion infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for determining, with the assistance of management personnel, the safety and environmental training and development program requirements to comply with management and/or client objectives. You will also develop and obtain health and safety training manuals, instructional aids and materials as required.
Other key responsibilities include conducting and supervising safety training courses and programs along with administering and monitoring all project safety and environmental training and development programs to ensure goals are attained, schedules are met.
It is critical that you are degree-qualified and have experience of operating in an overseas environment on major construction and civil engineering projects, ideally as a direct hire on joint venture projects. It is imperative that you are qualifed and able to train on a wide range of health and safety related topics relevant to the construction industry.
You must be familiar with working in diverse areas and will be able to mobilise at relatively short notice.
The successful Training Specialist will be offered an excellent salary and benefits package.
Please note it is imperative that you are eligible to live and work in the UK and candidates who do not hold this status cannot be progressed.
