Fund Administration Senior Officer
Description
My client is a leading UAE based bank and they are looking for Fund Administration Senior Officers to join their operations on Permanent basis in Abu Dhabi.
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
Carry out liaisons with Fund Providers, Brokers, Custodians, Internal and External parties.
Coordinate the subscription/ Redemption/ Reconciliation/ FCR input/ NAV verification, Settlement
Focal point for sending all external correspondence
Verify and validate all subscriptions/ redemptions/ buy/ sell/ corporate action/ price inputs.
Authorising all Flexcube transactions for the department
Authorising all Clearstream settlements and cash withdrawals
Receive, sort & action all department mails, including SWIFT messages received.They are looking for someone with:
3+ years experience in Back Office/Operations activities
Knowledge of Investment Products and settlement activities
Good command of MS Office required
Working knowledge of funds administration systems is desirable
Excellent skills in written & spoken English
Arabic language skills would be an advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 14,000AED – 16,500AED per month (tax free)
