Senior Contracts Manager
I am currently working with a leading multi national EPC company with offices across the Middle East and CIS countries. They are currently looking to bring in a Senior Contracts Manager to head up a major project they have won in Abu Dhabi.
This is a Multi Billion $ project and the role will be based on site in a remote location.
Reporting to the Contracts Director in Head office and the project Director, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects relating to the project, drafting and negotiating major contracts, risk analysis, client interface, contracts management and post contract disputes, variations and claims.
The role is a permanent role with the project due to run a number of years. Once the project is completed you will be moved onto a new project within the region or worldwide if preferred.
Requirements
15 Years Experience on Major EPC projects
Strong Oil & Gas background
On Shore Project Experience
Management of $Billion Contracts
Management of Large Teams
Full Design & EPC Experience
Client Interface
