Description
•Develops Marketing Plan for the Brand
•Formulate marketing and sales objectives
•Develop marketing and media plans
•Make decisions on promotional items
•Share findings on market trends with Brand Manager
•Assists in the development of fiscal year budgets
•Builds relationship with business partners and key customers
•Spearheads marketing research and analysis
•Promotes and protects Brand identity.
•Manage Operational Effectiveness
•Ensure strong execution of Brand marketing plan/calendars
•Manage marketing activities
•Orders product, promotional items and advertising materials.
•Overseas forecasts to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory level.
•Maintains close contact with Training, Public Relations, and Consumer Relations.
•Monitor expenses.
•Supports Brand Manager to ensure that no grey market is created.
•Improve Business process
•Identifies ideas for new product development and shares with Brand Manager
•Evaluates promotion and advertising program.
•Recommends improvement or changes.
•Lead and develop people
•Travel on 9 markets which the Company is operating (Middle East and India)
At least 5 years experience in a marketing manager role
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation skills
Willing to travel across our 9 markets - including KSA and India
Able to work well as a team
