Description
- Develop and ensure the implementation of Human Capital Management objectives, strategies and plans in alignment with COMPANY strategy and education sector.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to human capital policies and procedures from the relevant government entities
- Oversee the alignment and adherence to the approved organization structure and mandates
- Endorse the manpower analysis study, coordinate with COMPANY’s affiliates, and ensure optimal utilization of Human Capital
- Supervise the implementation and adherence to employee performance management policies and procedures in COMPANY 's affiliates
- Supervise talent management programs and provide training opportunities for employees
- Manage workforce planning and talent attraction process within COMPANY
- Establish the performance management framework and ensure execution of PPM cycle
- Develop the compensation and benefits and reward philosophy and strategy
- Manage the Human Capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, career development etc.
- Plan, manage and monitor Emiratization programs and initiatives across COMPANY
- Manage the Emiratization strategy, targets, and indicators in COMPANY and its affiliates
- Gather, consolidate and analyze HC data to draw predictive insights and decisions including Human Capital operational activities such as employee records, HRIS, leaves etc.
- Manage talent relations including employee grievances and disciplinary actions etc.
- Plan and execute employee happiness programs and initiatives and manage monthly payroll activities
- Prepare the sectors’ Human Capital budget in line with the Executive Directors and the Financial Management Division.
