Seeking a Coordinator for an Online Art Gallery

A fun and exciting role representing talented UAE based emerging artists and their beautiful collection of artworks and handmade accessories at affordable prices. Looking for an energetic representative who can assist in day-to-day tasks and encouraging promotion and sale of artworks and art classes. Candidate will be trained and must be well-verse with online platform and social media.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Online website uploads of paintings, backend tags, coordinating the artist on all details of the painting.
• Manage Instagram social media, email newsletters.
• Regularly update databases and use effectively for marketing.
• Attend to customer inquiries for painting sale, coordinate with the artist and buyer on viewing or confirming sale.
• Coordinate and follow up on art classes with teachers, venue and students for classes. Set up classes, calendar, email reminders and attend the classes to monitor quality.
• Create artworks for social media, marketing and event collaterals.
• Assist in event set-up, installation, media and event execution.
• Excellent communications and customer service with clients needed.
• Flexible work hours.
